Wash-Right PA Cleaning Systems distributes, installs, and services car wash and pressure wash equipment, parts, accessories, and chemistry, including self-serve, in-bay automatic, tunnel, fleet wash, and pressure wash systems. We serve customers across Pennsylvania & New England.

2. SMS Communications

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to work with us or receive our services. By opting in through our forms, you agree to the following:

• Transactional SMS: messages related to your quote or service, such as appointment reminders, quote and service confirmations, scheduling updates, and notifications.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information and conditions known at the time. Final pricing, scope, equipment availability, and scheduling are governed by the written agreement or invoice between you and Wash-Right PA Cleaning Systems. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting our forms and requesting quotes or service.

4. Warranty

Equipment, parts, and chemistry are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranties. Wash-Right PA Cleaning Systems stands behind its installation and service workmanship as described in your written agreement. Warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions are described in that agreement and the manufacturer documentation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or communications for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting our forms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wash-Right PA Cleaning Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our communications. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
